3. Game Progress & Virtual Items

Game progress, achievements, and any virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are provided "as is" without guarantees
• Are stored only in your own browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or a game update changes the save format

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Update or modify our games at any time
• Temporarily suspend services for maintenance
• Discontinue services with reasonable notice

5. Limitation of Liability

Idle Center is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of game progress.
